Lots 1, 2, 16 thru 43 Square Footage Requirements
The ground floor area of a one-story house, exclusive of the garage, shall be a minimum of 1800 square feet.
The floor area of a one and one-half (1 1/2) story house shall be a minimum of 2000 square feet, exclusive of the garage, with not less than 1300 square feet on the first floor.
The floor area of each floor of a two-story house shall contain a minimum of 1200 square feet, for a total minimum floor area of 2400 square feet, exclusive of the garage.
The total floor area of a multi-level house not otherwise above identified, shall be a minimum of 2400 square feet, exclusive of the garage.
Basements and basement areas, whether finished or unfinished, and open porches are not to be included in computing aplicable floor area.
Phase one of Arbor Ridge is planned to open in the spring to summer of 2021.
